The wisdom of age

One thing we have is our memories!

This morning after reading a note on Facebook from a Lady who I had attended High School with, as we reminisced, many thoughts and memories passed through my mind!

The one thing we all have is our thoughts and memories. Of course memories are built upon our experiences...

** BTW: Our memories are all we take into Eternity!

Many who read my posting may thank that I write from some elevated position because I try to point out the fallacies of life and offer improvement!  Many of my writing is from an elevated perspective; which is based upon the truthful eternal things of the universe!  So many things in the world are not of the permanent nature!

Yet I too have the same temptations, trials and passions...  I too have passed through many of the same things you experience! We all share the common thread of life! So as I write this it is more a reflection on the past and a projection of wisdom for the future! May it benefit you!

No matter your age, there will be times you will be confronted by opportunities...   Many are small everyday  things we deal with, yet they can effect your Eternal future!  Because even these simple things of life can become an eternal event on the pages of time!

Here some people have encountered Angels unaware, or passed through some important event in history!  So often we have missed these eternal moments because of all the other stuff that often fills our existence!

Looking back we may reflect on these opportunities that shaped our life and future either in an action taken or not...  Many of these events were decisions made on the spur of the moment...  This should remind you that it is always important to be as alert as possible in order to hopefully benefit from the situation at hand!

While we all will pass through times of various occurrences,  it should be done with an open mind and an attitude of confident concern!  Not all things or events will necessarily be beneficial, but with use of your God given intelligence, you can survive...

As I think back, there are many things, that I would rather have done and many I should not have done, but that is life folks!

I pray that this message will be an uplifting event as you move forward, knowing that we have met at this moment in Eternity!  May Almighty God Bless your efforts and bring your life into a closer connection with Him!
