How 'bout a bill that disarms an agency that just bought 7,000 full auto AR 15's ; since paying federal income tax is "voluntary"?

As a nation, refuse to pay "voluntary" income tax until she produces the documents. The states {or individuals} could hold those disputed federal income taxes, in escrow accounts in lieu of payment until the IRS performs under the Congressional subpoena for documents.

 This is where the Legislative branch of our federal government and the States can play hard ball. 3,100 county sheriffs can in turn declare all IRS activities cease and desist in their respective counties until the criminal contempt of congress has been remedied.Starve this unionized Beast.

 The federal government exists at the pleasure of the people and the states. Taxpayers, in good faith , are paying for a representative democracy, self governance in a Republic. 

These taxes are not being used as intended but rather to form a politicized totalitarian police state. Fraud negates that social contract, broken in bad faith.
