 Much of what we consider about evil in modern times comes from the belief in Diana or Artemis the ancient goddess...

   Meaning and History

Probably derived from an old Indo-European root meaning 

"heavenly, divine", related to dyeus (see ZEUS). 

Diana was a Roman goddess of the moon, hunting, forests, and childbirth, often identified with the Greek goddess Artemis. Notice she is a moon goddess..  Just as is Allah a moon god...

 Paul write about the worship of Diana in Ephesus - Where there was a temple to her...  He preached and taught that there is " Only one true God - The Lord God Almighty!
So once the truth came out the worship of Diana  of Ephesians literally ceased to be! For over 2000 years...

The temple was closed until in the late 1900's when some 

 well meaning " intercessors " came to pray against her - which actually resurrected her evil power and provided the modern Demonic power behind Islamic religion today!

Then a few years ago about 20,000 people came to do "Spiritual Warfare" to bind all the demonic - evil powers in that area... 

Please notice that neither Jesus, Peter, Paul or any others did this...  In fact they did not ever encourage it either! In fact the scripture  prayed as follows: 

Acts 4:29-30

New International Version (NIV)

29 Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness. 30 Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”

Then the place was shaken by the power of the Holy Spirit and they went out boldly sharing the Gospel. verse 31...

They went forth with signs and wonders which confirmed their preaching of the Word. They saw their world changed - not through " spiritual warfare " or " intercession" but through preaching of the Gospel of Christ!

 Today there are some Christians who claim to be called to a ministry  " intercession" - which is their whole life.  They do not do anything else...  They do not share the truth, or witness, or talk to people, or support any positive social actions..  Hey just sit in their closets and pray!

  It is important for believers to pray as it is an important part of our relationship with God! We are all supposed to pray, but then we are suppose to get out and do something else too...   Since there really no such thing as a  ministry of "intercession"; it is actually a cop-out to keep from sharing the Gospel message!
